Ajay is hard to break, and has me by his side, always, says Kajol
In spite of a mixed opening, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn’s last flick Shivaay failed to woo audience. The film has not witnessed success as expected.
The film performed an average biz at the box office when it hit theaters last Diwali in conjunction with Karan Johar’s super duper hit ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.’
The film hit headlines for its collision with Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM) and the argument that resulted between the actor Ajay Devgn, his wife and actress Kajol Devgn and movie maker Karan Johar. The clash of both the films at the BO leads to Kajol Devgn and Karan Johar separation, as a result ending their 20 years long relationship as best friends.
In a media interview with a tabloid, when the actress was questioned on hubb’s response to the collapse of his flick, Shivaay, she admitted that it had an effect on her hubby but Ajay is not the ones to get depressed by it.
“Ajay did a good job as director and actor, and Abigail [Eames, co-actor] made me howl. But he is hard to break, and has me by his side, always,” she answered.
More interestingly, the actress was to roll out her personal production house earlier this month however that proposal now appears to have gone in a state of uncertainty.
When she was questioned on it she stated, “Why should I push myself into doing something that doesn’t come naturally to me? I would rather invest my time in making Ajay’s production house rock solid. I don’t find the need to break away from Ajay Devgn Films (ADF). He understands production better than I do, and in this respect, I am happy to be under his shadow. Ajay is managing it well enough.”
In the meantime, Mrs. Devgn, who is commemorating her 43rd birth anniversary today, happily spoke to media people about her proposals.
When questioned how does the actress proposes to rejoice her anniversary now, Kajol disclosed, “I don’t have any birthday plans, honestly! I am one of those who like to chill with my family, enjoy some quality time, that’s my ideal birthday. I give a lot of time to people I love and people who love me.”
