Akshay Reveals Why Wife Twinkle Has Stopped Taunting Him Now
Akshay Kumar has been ruling Bollywood since many years with his terrific performances in content-driven movies. After delivering smashing hits and winning few awards, Akshay has added another feather to his cap as he was honoured with the most prestigious awards of our country.
Akshay gave one of his remarkable performance in 2016’s Rustom which won several accolades from critics as well as audiences. The movie proved to be a blockbuster hit with Akshay winning a National Award for the same.
With an interview with a leading website, Akki revealed how his wife Twinkle Khanna stopped taunting him after he won National Award.
Twinkle, who is the daughter of late veteran superstar Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, often used to taunt her husband for not winning awards just like her parents did.
The 49-year-old actor said, “My wife used to taunt me that all her family members have got several awards but not me. The taunting stopped when I got the National award.”
