Haryana minister orders to display Toilet Ek Prem Katha to every district heads of the State

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is creating havoc in the cinema houses and now promoting cleanliness and hygiene in life of people. As the movie was inspired from the idea of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, the government is using the movie to promote cleanliness and hygiene in the rural area. The government of BJP hs declared to make all villages open defecation free (ODF) in the state of Haryana by the month of September.The Panchayats minister, OP Dhankar announces to show the movie in each and every part of the state to influence them regarding ODF. Every district officials and panchayat officers has to arrange a special show of the movie in their villages or district respectively.
The movie is attaining landmarks and now it has conquered a collection record of 80 crores within 5 days. The Uttar Pradesh government had on August 10 already waived off its share of Goods and Service Tax (GST) on the movie. The movie projects the issue of open defecation in rural India for the womens , this social cause of the movie has made people appreciated for the film.
“While rural areas will be made ODF by June 23, urban areas will get this status by September 25. In total, 6,132 gram panchayats have become ODF in Haryana while 200 to 300 panchayats would be made ODF by next month,’’ Manohar Lal Khattar said. Manohar Lal Khattar had said that as many as 44 villages– two villages each from a district—would be taken up under a pilot project where cleanliness would be ensured by November 1. Haryana has 21 districts, 124 blocks, and 6083 gram panchayats. The mission of the chief minister is to make the state ODF by September of this year. International organization’s like World Bank put forward their hands to help the state government in this initiative of ODF. ODF involves total sanitation in terms of proper waste management, better sewage process, storm water drains and pure cement roads, along with open defecation free status.
