Vishal Bhardwaj brought out a dark, rural personality from the Nawab in the movie, which was never showcased in this way. He was typecast-ed as sweet, simple and innocent guy roles like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Dil Chahta Hai and Hum Tum. His role as Ishwar Langda Tyagi removed the best out of the actor.
2 Cocktail.
The role of Gautam he played in the movie was exceptional. The situations in the movie, which required expression where he faces complex love situation was very well played by him. The dialogue delivery from romantic guy to a mature personality was perfection.

The role of a winner businessmen was played splendidly by the actor. The extraordinary planning stuff and smartness of the character portrayed by Saif made people more crazy for him. The persona of Saif Ali Khan was best for this role.
4 Bullet Raja.
Playing role of a pandit and goon of the holy place Varanasi at the same time was brilliantly done by the newly turned dad, Saif Ali Khan. He transformed properly like a Gunda you spot in U.P. He even established a decent accent of the state. This role of his was very much appreciated by the audience.
5 Go Goa Gone
This is one of the unique role played not by him but in the Bollywood industry. The role of a Russian-cum-Delhi mafioso Borris, is expert in assassin the zombies. The zombie comical movie was very hilarious, with unique dialogue and prefect comedy scenes. Saif Ali Khan made this role look so serious with hilarious a the same time. proper punch lines on time made the character perfect.
