Popular Aditi Mittal turns second Indian comedienne to boast of a Netflix special

Aditi Mittal is humorous, delightful, vigorous as well as courageous. Aditi jumps from subject to subject, and is one of the few females to exhibit a natural aptitude for physical humor.

“There’s a system to the slap,” said Mittal, revolving her chair in order that she can reveal the physical science of an on-screen slap. It’s roughly like a magic trick, echo and action must be on the same wavelength, but most prominently, it’s got to seem authentic.

“I know these things because I got slapped by a cop once on CID,” she said, flipping her bright hair backside in slow motion. Was it the all-rounder ACP Pradhyuman?

“No, it was a female cop. I played one half of the college basketball team captains, Jinny and Johnny, who were accused of murdering Natasha, by electrocuting her on a basketball hoop, when she went in for the final slam dunk,” said Mittal, her counterfeit complacency wiped away by a series of powerless giggles.

Put on vivacious attire beautified with stripes, the 31 year old multi talented star, is readying for a hectic day of press meets at the Four Seasons hotel in Worli, Mumbai.

In around 2 weeks time, her hour-long humor, Things They Wouldn’t Let Me Say, will be available on Netflix, turning her the initial comedienne from the country, and the second Indian comedienne after Vir Das’s Abroad Understanding, to boast of their personal show on the global web streaming podium.

Mittal is packed with enthusiasm, however is fast to interrupt when any chatter of “making it big” appears in the discussion.

“I think my breakthrough will come when I’ll be able to be consistent — when I’m able to produce a second, third or fourth show, and demonstrate growth in it. I’m a product of being in the right place, at the right time, and working in a certain direction, in a certain way. I don’t ever want to feel like I’ve arrived. I’ve seen this happen to people where they stop growing because they think the smell of their farts is delicious,” she added up.

In her live shows, whilst she may commence with topics like society dissimilarities and the clash of the sexes, the comedienne’s jokes comprise sections on melodic eve mockery on the roads, sanitary pads, gender biasness in the advertising business and lots other.
