What happened when Ravichandran Ashwin specially interviewed a special person!

Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin, in Galle, Sri Lanka, played his 50th Test match last week. The time became even more special when Ashwin was presented with a memento for his three wickets on Day 4.
He began playing Test matches six years ago and shortly he married Prithi. The couple is blessed with two children. During this ongoing Test match series in Sri Lanka, Prithi and kids are traveing with Ashwin.
There is a recent video that BCCI has posted on the social media. In the video Ashwin interviews his wife and Prithi’s interesting yet hilarious answers are a must watch.
When Ashmin asks her about the experience of watching his Day I Test match, Prithi says that she couldn’t watch it all because she was climbing up the Galle Fort with her couple of friends. She quips that she managed to watch couple of wickets from the fort only.
Earlier, Prithi was never a cricket fan, but now she seems to be one. She says that as she is getting to travel along with Ashwin, she has started understanding the game.
To pull her leg a little bit, Ashwin asks his wife about his very first wicket ever, to which Prithi knows the answer as she quips, “Darren Bravo.” But the lady has no idea who Darren Bravo is.
She even knows his 250th wicket which was of Mushfiqur Rahim. There Ashwin chips in to say that she has a ball signed by Rahim, which is still with him.
During the 2015 World Cup which took place in Australia, Prithi was also accompanying Ashwin and this tour was special for both of them. She was six months pregnant at that time. The video actually reflects the kind of sweet bond that both of them share with each other.
“I think this wicket will get slower and slower. It is not going to be easy work tomorrow for sure. We will have to be really disciplined. I thought we gave a few runs more than ideally we should have given today. Tomorrow we can probably try and squeeze them out and try and nip a few wickets up early. Wicket is slowing down at a very quick pace. Edges aren’t carrying. So that means we will have to stick our guns out and try to prise a few wickets out,” stated Ashwin at the press meet after the third day’s match.
