When Bollywood Actors Were Harassed By These Obsessive Stalkers
We have often heard the stories of stars being harassed by stalkers which give them a tough time. Some of these stalkers are their die-hard obsessive fans.
Check out some of the famous Bollywood celebrities whose super fans turned into creepy stalkers and made their life hell.
Disha Patani
Disha Patani has just entered Bollywood and within no time, she has managed to create a huge fan following. Well, there are some crazy fans which love them but there are also some creepy and obsessive fans. Recently, a fan stalked the actress during her Delhi visit. Initially, Disha ignored the stalker, but later when the fan had a fight with the hotel staff, where she was staying, leaving her stunned.
Hrithik Roshan
The handsome hunk of Bollywood was stalked by a Russian fan named Anna. In 2013, she stalked him and lurked around his residence. She even tried to get into his office. She became aggressive when she was denied the entry. This prompted Hrithik to file a police complaint against the lady.
Abhishek Bachchan
Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai’s wedding was one of the grandest and much-hyped wedding of Bollywood. However, the wedding day made headlines for all the wrong reasons when a fan named Jhanvi Kapoor slashed her wrist outside Amitabh Bachchan’s residence Jalsa in Mumbai claiming that she is Abhishek’s wife. The police had to later intervene in the matter.
Katrina Kaif
In 2009, a fan stalked Katrina Kaif everywhere for almost a year from her house to all the events. Once he even told Katrina’s staff that the actress has invited him to her residence. Later in an interview with a popular tabloid, Katrina said, “He was the same guy who had come to my house. He keeps following me and reached the multiplex this time. The police warned him to stay away, but he doesn’t understand. I don’t know what he wants. It’s terribly disturbing.”
Priyanka Chopra
A 25-year-old guy was found snooping around Priyanka’s building in her absence. After the security guards found his behaviour highly suspicious they called the police. A search through his bag revealed that PeeCee’s fan was carrying sweets, bangles and flowers for the actress who was desperately waiting to meet the actress.
