Here we have Sachin Atulkar, Superintendent of Police in Madhya Pradesh, who is an IPS of 2007 batch.
Hailing from a small town Bhagalpur, this 29-year-old Police officer is has a fan base on the Internet, which is no less one of a celebrity. People love him on the internet and girls die for his stunning looks in his uniform.
